The product
We provide chat-powered games, OBS widgets, and browser tools (including Overlay Studio). Features may change. Overlays are for your own stream. You are responsible for how they appear on your channel and for following Kick’s rules.
Kick authorization
Connecting Kick grants kickinit the OAuth scopes listed on the Privacy page, including chat:write so games can reply in your chat. Do not Connect a channel you do not control. You can disconnect or revoke the app in Kick settings at any time.
Your content
Chat, media URLs, and Overlay Studio projects belong to you. Studio files never leave your browser unless you export them. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Availability
kickinit is provided as-is. Kick API, OBS, or browser limits can affect games, widgets, and MP4 export. We may rate-limit or disable a feature to protect the service or stay within Kick fair-use rules.
